Brother Dennis Wharton has been
pastoring the Beacon Missionary Baptist Church (BMBC) for nearly
14 years. In which time he has been a spiritual leader, prayer
warrior, counselor, etc to best them all. Bro. Wharton will tell
you with confidence that he received Jesus as his personal
Savior on a Friday night in August 1959 at a church camp.
His wife, Linda, was saved _________________ and is also a
wonderful spiritual leader and role model, especially for the
women. We at Beacon don’t raise anyone above the position they
deserve because we are all sinners saved by grace, but we do
recognize the years of faithful service that these two, Sis.
Linda and Bro. Dennis., have given to their church and to
Christ.
